Volunteer Details
When:
- Friday, Oct 10, 2025: 3 PM – 9 PM
- Saturday, Oct 11, 2025: 6 AM – 9 PM
- Sunday, Oct 12, 2025: 6 AM – 3 PM
- Monday, Oct 13, 2025 (Holiday): 6 AM – 3 PM
- Prep work: Dates will be announced.
Activities include setting up before the event and cleaning up after.
You don’t need to join all the hours—you can choose the time that works for you (for example, 9 AM – 12 PM).
Main Tasks
- Reception, Information
- Venue setup and clean up
- Parking
- Walk around the venue and pick up trash
- Patrol the market area

Requirements
- High school age or older
- Energetic and friendly
- Interested in community building, events, or helping others
- No experience needed
We will hold a volunteer orientation (online or in person). Date will be announced later. If you cannot attend, please contact us.
Notes
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Prepare for hot or cold weather.
- Transportation costs are your responsibility. Parking is available if you drive.
