Aomori Port Cozy Living Market Overview

What is the Aomori Port Cozy Living Market?

The Aomori Port Lifestyle Market brings together a variety of attractions from across the region, including Aomori’s rich agricultural, forestry, and marine products, as well as food, crafts, art, films, theater, and music. These diverse offerings converge at the Shin-Chuo Pier, Yanagimachi Street, Honcho Park, and Aomori City Hall, creating a borderless, lively, and vibrant market where everyone can participate in their own unique style.

With the concept of a lifestyle market rooted in everyday life, where you can start a business from just one apple crate, this market aims to foster small businesses and creative expressions, providing a space for challenges and growth.

This project, launched in Aomori, a port town celebrating its 400th anniversary this year, is designed to promote the use of Aomori Port and support the local community by creating and sharing diverse values. We aim to make the Aomori Port Lifestyle Market a regular event in the future, with this year marking the start of a three-year social trial. To encourage broad participation, we are keeping booth fees low, and we look forward to receiving many applications.

This year, the market will be held for four days, from October 10th to 13th. We look forward to your participation!
